We all started as beginners with zero upper body strength but we’ve built the strength and became more flexible!

Join our 6-week beginner course, where you’ll learn pretty spins and pole tricks in a safe, fun and supportive environment.

Intro to Pole 6-week course

  • Learn foundational pole tricks and moves, build up your strength and stamina

  • Practice in a small group with other pole newbies

  • No need to rebook a class every week - classes happen at the same day, same time for six weeks

  • At the end of the course you will receive a certificate of completion
